" 5 Stars for Air Dominance HVAC — Excellent Follow-Through!
I want to give a well-deserved five-star review to Air Dominance HVAC, and specifically recognize Peyton and T’Karie for the work they did getting our downstairs air-conditioning system operating properly again.
We had been dealing with a downstairs AC unit that simply was not cooling the house properly. Air Dominance followed up, came back out, and—most importantly—followed through until the problem was actually solved.
Peyton and T’Karie were thorough, professional, efficient, and focused on troubleshooting the system correctly rather than simply treating the symptoms. Their work made an immediate and noticeable difference.
Before the repair, the temperature inside our downstairs area had climbed as high as 80°F. After Peyton and T’Karie completed their work, the system began blowing strong, genuinely cool air, and the indoor temperature dropped from 80°F to approximately 75°F within about an hour—and continued heading toward our target temperature.
That is the kind of result you want from an HVAC company.
I especially appreciate that Air Dominance didn’t walk away from the problem after the first visit. They followed up, continued troubleshooting, identified what needed to be addressed, and made sure the system was performing the way it should.
Great communication. Great troubleshooting. Great follow-through. And, most importantly, great results.
